We are currently looking to expand our busy internal sales department, and are looking for two candidates to fulfil the roles of Sales Administrators.

The Person:

• Driven and committed sales person, who can go the extra mile.
• Enthusiastic and motivated as a team player, you will be able to manage your own time and work under your own initiative as required.
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
• A good degree of computer literacy and a good eye for detail is required.
• Business to business sales experience and interest in ornamental aquatics / fish-keeping would be advantageous, however is not essential.

The Role:

• Handling sales enquiries from our trade customers and members of the public. (via telephone, email and fax)
• Processing sales orders for customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with our customers.
• Generating invoices, delivery notes for goods despatched.
• Processing credit notes and returned goods.
• Answering queries for, and supporting the field sales team.
• Attending annual trade shows.
• No hard selling / cold calling.
