Simply purchase any Aqua One, Avi One, Pet One, Pond One or Reptile One branded product/s ("One" brands), at a participating store, to the value of $50 or more and you’ll have the chance to WIN A YEAR'S FREE FUEL! For each whole additional $50 you spend after that, you will receive another entry ticket and another chance to WIN. The more you spend the more chances to WIN!
So, lets say you spend $250 buying your first aquarium and accessories, and these are all “One” branded products, like those in our Aqua One range - $250 = 5 x $50, therefore, you'll receive 5 tickets into the draw to WIN one of two prizes of $5,000 worth of Caltex StarCash gift cards.
Once you have received, in-store, your entry tickets and proof of goods purchase (receipt), simply scratch the scratch panel to reveal your unique ticket number and access the internet to register online your unique ticket number/s, complete the quick on-line questionnaire and you’re in the draw to WIN!! What are the prizes?
There are two prizes worth $5000 each and the lucky winners will each receive, Caltex StarCash gift cards, to the value of $5,000 each (G.S.T. inclusive). The total prize pool value on offer is $10,000.
When does the competition start and finish?
The competition period starts 1st November 2008 and ends on 31st of January, 2009
When and where are the prizes drawn?
The prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday, 25th of February, 2009 at belong, Level 9, 155 George St, Sydney NSW 2000 at 11am AEST, on behalf of the promoter.
Who may enter the competition?
The competition entry is only open to persons 18 years and over who are residents of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS and NT in Australia.
Persons 17 years and under (child) may purchase any “One” branded goods i.e. Aqua One, Avi One, Pet One, Pond One and Reptile One good/s and be eligible to receive competition entry tickets, however, a parent/guardian only may use and enter these tickets into the competition draw where registration details provided are in their own name and not the child’s name.
Who may not enter the competition?
The promoter’s employees, their immediate families, retail customers, suppliers, agents, associated companies and business associates, and all their employees and immediate families, are ineligible to register and enter into this competition. Children 17 years and under must ask their parent/guardian to enter into the competition and register their own details and not those of their child’s.
What goods are eligible for competition purposes – the “One” brands?
Any of our “One” branded goods are eligible and include all Aqua One, Avi One, Pet One, Pond One and Reptile One goods as purchased through a participating retailer? Any product/s which do not carry any one of the five "One" brands, will not be eligible for calculation purposes and entry ticket qualification.
What’s the minimum goods purchase amount to receive an entry ticket?
$50 minimum is all you need to spend on any “One” branded good/s item to receive at least one entry ticket.

How did we calculate that the prize EQUALS a Year’s Free Fuel?
The prize of WIN A YEAR’S FREE FUEL of $5,000, is calculated based on an average vehicle with a 63 litre fuel tank and one tank of fuel purchased per week at $1.50/litre, over one calendar year. For example $1.50/litre x 63 litres = $94.50/week of fuel, x 52 weeks/year = $4914.00. This has been rounded up to $5,000. Fuel consumption and fuel costs may vary, without limitation to, vehicle type/s, vehicle performance, vehicle age, driver handling and fluctuation in fuel prices.
Who is the promoter and what are the competition permit numbers?
The promoter is Kong’s (Aust.) Pty Limited, A.B.N. 68 050 291 766, of 48 Williamson Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565, www.aquaone.com.au, as authorised under NSW Permit No. LTPS/08/08921, ACT Permit No. TP08/03637, VIC Permit No. 08/4068, SA Permit No. T08/3758
How many entry tickets can I receive?
You will receive from the participating retailer and at time of goods purchase, ONE ticket for each $50 spent on “One” branded goods. This means the more you spend, the more chances you have of WINNING a Year's Free Fuel.
Example: spend minimum $50 = 1 ticket, $100 = 2 tickets, $200 = 4 tickets.
There are no limits to the number of tickets you can receive i.e. the more you spend, the more tickets you will receive and if you spend $2,000, YES, you will receive 40 tickets and you can register for 40 chances to WIN!
Can I enter any number of times?
The same competition entrant may enter the competition an unlimited number of times during the competition period, but each ticket number may only be registered once. The registrant may register one or more of their unique ticket numbers together at the same time. Each unique ticket number registered is deemed as one entry into the prize draw for competition purposes.
The system will check each time you enter your unique ticket number/s to make sure that the number entered hasn't already been entered into the draw, so don't worry, if you are unsure, enter it in anyway and the system will tell you if you've entered that number before.
How do I register my tickets?
There is only one way to register your tickets and enter the competition. It is via this website!
Click here on the "Enter Now" button, to begin the registration process.
No other method of entry is accepted due to the difficulty of verifying tickets. This is a security feature which ensures only genuine ticket numbers will be accepted into the draw.
Please have your email address and ticket/s handy in order to begin the registration process.
Make sure you've scratched off the scratch panel in the middle of your ticket to reveal your unique ticket number.
Complete your details correctly so that where you are one of the lucky WINNERS, we can contact you to give you the good news!
Finally, answer a few short questions about yourself and your pet to complete the registration and entry process!

If you experience any technical difficulties with registering your tickets or something goes wrong halfway through your ticket registration and entry, just send us an email at: freefuel@aquaone.com.au to let us know and we'll do the best we can to resolve any problems. We will get back to you between Monday to Friday, during normal business hours.

What do I have to do again?
1. Check where your closest participating store is and
2. Visit your participating retailer in-store and
3. Purchase any “One” branded product/s Aqua One, Avi One, Pet One, Pond One and / or Reptile One pet products whether for your existing pet or your families new pet and
4. For every whole $50 purchase value or more that you spend on our "One" branded good/s, you will be eligible to receive an entry ticket into the competition draw.
5. Collect your entry tickets in store, along with your proof of goods purchase (receipt) and
6. Access the internet at www.aquaone.com.au/freefuel and
7. REGISTER ON-LINE and enter your unique ENTRY ticket numbers and complete the QUESTIONNAIRE. Make sure you have your email address handy and finally
8. Keep all entry tickets and proof of purchase for prize validation purposes and make sure you have read the terms and conditions of entry and
9. That's all, not very hard, right?
IMPORTANT: Don't Forget....?
If you lose your tickets and / or Proof of Purchase and you are unable to produce them for draw verification, we will have to pick another winner and we don't want to have to do that!
